We serve the majority of the Central Florida Area including Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties.
HOW LONG DOES A HOME INSPECTION TAKE?
On average, an inspection can take 2 – 3 hours. This depends on the condition of the house and the size of the property.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE REPORT?
We send our reports to our clients within 24 hours after inspection. In some cases, you can receive it on the same day.
HOW MUCH DOES A HOME INSPECTION COST?
The price of inspection will mainly depend on the size of the property to be inspected. Old structures and multi-unit buildings are more complex and this can affect the price.
HOW MUCH DOES A 360 PROPERTY SCAN / VIRTUAL TOUR COST?
360 Property scans / Virtual Tours start at $99 and can go up to $400. The price is based on several factors such as the size of the property, location, and the number of floors.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY 360 PROPERTY SCAN / VIRTUAL TOUR?
We ask that the property be as clean and as tidy as possible. Each room should be staged as if a prospective buyer were coming to tour the house. Any pets, even in cages or crates, should be taken out of the house during the scanning process. Proxima Services is not responsible for staging or cleaning of the property/location.
HOW MUCH DOES DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY COST?
The price of Drone Photography starts at $50 and can go up to $150. This depends on several factors including, location, size of property, and amount of photos need.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR MY DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY?
We ask that your property landscaping is in as best possible shape. Chairs, lounges, ornaments, and pool areas should be staged as if a prospective client was coming to view the property. Children's toys should be stored away and out of sight. Any pets should be inside and out of view during photography. Proxima Services is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or lawncare of the property/location.
HOW DOES A MOBILE NOTARY WORK?
Mobile Notary is the same as a regular notary except that we travel to you. The service area is limited for Mobile Notary service. The charges for a notary service are based on the number of signatures witnessed and location.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY DOCUMENTS TO BE NOTARIZED?
We ask that anyone requesting Notary service have all their documents that they wish to notarize readily available. A valid government-issued ID is required for all individuals that will be signing the documents.
